Refund and Returns Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, we
generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.


Exceptions
We understand that issues can arise. We will consider a refund or exchange in the
following cases: you were charged multiple times for the same product (technical
error); the file you received is corrupted or unreadable; the product is significantly
different from what was described on the listing.

How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your
purchase at hello@reflectionvibe.com. Include your order number and a
description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.

Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for: change of mind after downloading; inability to open a
standard PDF file (we recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader or a compatible
app); not reading the product description before purchasing.


We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you have any concerns,
please reach out before requesting a refund — we may be able to resolve the issue.
